Quick Recovery For Anxiety, Trauma, Phobias, or Anywhere You’re Stuck

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

It feels like you’ve tried everything from medication, therapy, and all the self-help stuff.

But you just can’t seem to get past something, whether it’s flashes of images from something negative that happened to you in the past, anxiety that just won’t go away, or even a phobia that you just can’t shake, no matter how silly it seems.

Don’t get me wrong, you have made progress and things are better, but they just aren’t as good as you had hoped.

You still seem to hit a wall that you just haven’t been able to break through, no matter what you’ve tried. You have felt like giving up because it just doesn’t seem like it’s possible to move past it.

Living a life without anxiety, fear, or the impact of your trauma would be amazing. You would wake up feeling calm and know that you were okay. You wouldn’t have to worry about triggers or fears.

You could allow yourself to relax and appreciate all the other results you’ve experienced in therapy. You might even feel like a new person.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy Can Help You Get There

ART provides healing from unresolved trauma using bilateral stimulation similiar to the eye movements that you experience when you are dreaming. It provides a gentle way to heal from your negative experience or get past anxiety, phobias, or anywhere else you might feel stuck with your mental health.

The bilateral stimulation allows your brain to process information and put it into memory in a way that won’t reappear intrusively. This technique allows your brain to process in a way, to go deeper into your body that it does in talk therapy.

In ART you don’t have to talk about your trauma at all.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence based modality which mean that through research it has been shown to help resolve the symptoms you are experiencing from trauma. In most situations it works in about 1-5 sessions.

This means that instead of spending years in talk therapy, you can move on quickly.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy to Help Heal Your Trauma and Help You Get Unstuck

As an ART practitioner, I love seeing my clients attain recovery quickly so that they can move on with their lives and experience happiness again.

I’ve found that Accelerated Resolution Therapy or ART is effective for;

  • Symptoms of Trauma (Single Incident or Chronic)

Repeatedly seeing images and sensations from traumatic events, living your worst nightmares over and over again, feeling tense and stressed all the time, waiting for the other shoe to fall, looking for the worst to happen again and again, moodiness, feeling like you go from zero to 160 all of the sudden for no discernible reason,

  • Anxiety

Feeling like you can never relax, always worried about things that you can’t control, tense body, sudden feelings of panic or overwhelm, heart racing, intense thoughts that won’t go away,

  • ADHD

While ART won’t fully cure your ADHD symptoms, it is really effective in lowering the accompanying anxiety. Feeling like you can never catch up, always trying to prove you are okay, that constant nagging feeling that you are forgetting something, rejection-sensitive dysphoria, fear of abandonment, feeling like you have to be something that you aren’t

  • Phobias

ART is particularly helpful with phobias and fears, from spider phobia to agoraphobia and medical phobias

  • In Accelerated Resolution Therapy, you don’t have to talk about your trauma to your therapist. You do have to go over the memories in your mind, but this can happen as quickly or as slowly as your brain needs them to. By the end of the session, these memories will no longer have the intense emotions associated with them.

  • For some people, the eye movements are difficult or cause discomfort. There are other ways to use bilateral stimulation that do not require eye movements. For some people, these are valid options if the eye movements do not work.
